Why is it so Important to see your Clients Body Language?

Sometimes it can be really hard to have a meeting via video conference. We don’t always have the facilities, sometimes the equipment isn’t working properly, or we just don’t have the know how to operate the video conference system. It can be such a hassle to set up, that most of the time we just don’t bother. Thank goodness for mobile devices and Skype! It might be a lifesaver, but it’s really only fit for one person at a time. Any good behavioural expert will tell you that body language is key to knowing how a person really feels. In a business environment, especially in a B2B relationship, we are at the mercy of how our clients feel. After all, our sole goal is to make them happy and keep them coming back time and time again. So obviously it’s extremely important to be able to tell if your client is happy, or if there is something on their mind before the need for them to tell you directly becomes very awkward.
